You and your staff recently went above and beyond what I would consider good service. When a case of mine was sent to an outside partner for component fabrication, they lost the case. You called to inform me and said they were still searching for it.  Finally, the vendor found the case and sent it to Protea. My patient was scheduled four days after you received the case back. Not only did you get the case completed, but an employee hand delivered the case so I did not have to reschedule the patient. That is not remarkable except for the fact that my office is a two hour drive from your lab. Now that is real customer service. Thanks Leon and the whole Protea crew!
